Seton Pain & Rehabilitation is staffed with a team of  board certified physicians and licensed health care practitioners providing individualized treatment for patients in a very compassionate and caring setting.

Dr. Francisco Ward, D.O., DABPMR
Board Certified Physiatrist with Subspecialty Certification in Pain Medicine

Dr. Francisco Ward graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital and Johns Hopkins Hospital. His residency, in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, was done at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Sinai Hospital.

Dr. Ward has served as Chief of Occupational Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine at St Agnes Healthcare since 1999. He is the medical advisor for Key Risk, Baltimore City’s third party adminitrator. Dr. Ward has extensive experience caring for Geriatric patients in suffering from pain.

Jamiel Hafiz, LPA, LAc

Jamiel’s focus is in musculoskeletal and rehabilitation medicine. Having trained in both Eastern and Western medicine, he integrates strategies to guide patients through programs of rehabilitation and medical management. He provides a wide range of therapies from spinal manipulation and neuromuscular therapy to acupuncture and functional movement therapy. Jamiel also sees pain and general physical medicine patients for acute and chronic care.
